Bio: 
Alex Adams is a PhD candidate whose studies focus on American politics and quantitative methodology. His research interests focus primarily on political psychology questions (e.g., the determinants and consequences of political knowledge, information processing, and attitude formation). Additionally, the methodological aspects of the discipline, especially survey methodology, are of great interest to him. In 2007, he graduated with honors from UNM earning bachelors degrees in both Political Science and Economics. After completing his undergraduate degrees, he began working as a research assistant at the Institute for Social Research at UNM and continues to work there while in graduate school.

Bio: 
Angelina Gonzalez-Aller is a Ph.D. candidate and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Policy Doctoral Fellow at the University of New Mexico. She holds a Master's Degree in public policy.  In 2013, Angelina completed a congressional fellowship in the office of U.S. Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard where she worked on labor, housing, and health policy, including the development of the 2014 Health Equity and Accountability Act.  As a scholar of American government, Angelina studies the relationship between representation of women and racial and ethnic minorities and public policy. Angelina is also a teaching associate and has taught courses on public policy and American politics.

Eric Wallace is a PhD candidate with concentrations in comparative politics and international relations. He holds a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in History from the University of New Mexico.

Jennifer Kerner

Bio: 
Jennifer Kerner is a PhD candidate with concentrations in international relations and comparative politics. She is interested in individual- and community-level questions of conflict, peace-building, political violence, and alliance-making among and between non-state actors. Specifically, she focuses on restorative and transitional justice and answering questions related to the demobilization, disarmament, and reintegration (DDR) of combatants and the communities in which these programs take place. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado College, an MPh in Behavioral Health from Indiana University, and an MA in Political Science from the University of New Mexico.
