Dr. Lonna Atkeson presented her work "2016 Presidential Elections: Confessions of a Political Scientist" at the Santa Fe University of Art & Design. The event was hosted by the American Association of University Women of Santa Fe. 

Dr. Atkeson is the Director of the Center for the Study of Voting, Elections, and Democracy. She is an expert in the area of election science, survey methodolgy, voting rights, election administration, public opinion, and political behavior. This year, Dr. Atkeson led a team of undergraduate, graduate, and faculty election observers in Bernalillo County.
