136 Political Science students successfully completed their degree programs during the 2011-2012 academic year!

The Department held its annual graduation convocation on Friday, May 11 at 6:30 p.m. in the SUB Ballrooms B and C. Senator Dede Feldman provided the keynote address and graduation remarks, and Michael Thorning was the Class of 2012 student speaker. The graduating class was comprised of three Doctor of Philosophy, two Masters of Arts, and 131 Bachelor of Arts students receiving degrees.  

Approximately 375 family members and friends of the graduating students attended the ceremony, which was followed by refreshments and the festive entertainment of Mariachi Nuevo Sonido.  

The Department extends its congratulations to our graduates and is proud of their accomplishments. We appreciate everyone’s participation, especially that of our guest speakers, in making our convocation ceremony a great success!
