Biography:

Stella Amissah Mac-Osae is a first-year PhD student in political science with a subfield in Public Policy and Comparative Politics. She holds a BA in Political Science and Classics and an MA in Migration Studies from the University of Ghana. Her academic interests include migration, governance, gender, public policy, and political institutions, with a particular focus on how policy shapes social outcomes. Her master's research examined the well-being of young female internal migrants in Accra, Ghana.
