Marliss McGarvey joined the Political Science department in March of 2022. She specializes in course scheduling, event planning, budgeting, fiscal transactions/purchasing, human resources, travel/other reimbursements, and provides administrative support for the departmental internship and scholarship programs. Marliss also maintains the departmental website, social media accounts, and designs/creates our departmental advertising materials. 

In her spare time she likes to take photos, hike with her dogs, and make art with her partner Kai. Marliss holds an AS in Health Information Technology from Columbus State Community College, and a BA in Art from The Ohio State University, both in Columbus, OH.
