Jay Cook joined the political science department as a staff member in July 2023 after graduating from the program and earning his B.A. with honors in May. His responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of undergraduate and graduate programs, creating assistantship contracts, assisting with administrative work, maintaining the website, and serving as the first point of contact for the department.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing video games, hiking, and hosting board game nights with his friends every weekend.
